This is a great location close to Hakata Station. Room was clean and comfortable. There was a miscommunication about the check out time. We asked someone who we thought was a worker (maybe they were not?) about the check out time and they gave us the wrong time. Lobby at second floor and to my knowledge I don’t see any bins. So when guest are at the lobby waiting or came back at night for a bite at the lobby they have nowhere to throw their rubbish so they have to pass the rubbish to the staff assist to throw it. Highly recommend. Entirely non-smoking hotel, YAY. Great for people with smoke and dust allergy, becuase additionally they dont use carpet, thus less dust. My boyfriend and I stayed for 8 nights.
