Really lovely hotel with great service. Some of the features are a bit old school but I liked it. The onsens are lovely and the mt Fuji view room with its private onsen is spectacular. They have a regular flexible shuttle bus to and from the city. We rented bikes in the main city and cycled around the lake with incredible views. Highly recommend!
