I had a very positive stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, even before the official check-in time, they kindly offered to store my luggage so I could begin sightseeing right away. Beautiful location on the lake. Food included was plentiful to the point of gluttony. Disappointed at charging for coffee at breakfast for such an expensive hotel but then they offered a free shuttle to the station which was a lifesaver with my big bag!

Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in the Kawaguchiko area! The service felt like a five star hotel. The staff escorted us to our rooms and carried our bags.
