Really cute hotel, beautifully situated just at the lake. The hotel is typically japanese, so yes the mattresses are on the floor, but we still felt it quite comfortably. The hotel offers a lot of nice services, from different onsen over free coffee, ice cream and snacks. It even has a manga library and a lot of board games and toys for kids. We really enjoyed our stay there.
