Hotel Scalinata di Spagna (solo trip)

By far the worse experience I ever had in Rome!! Shame!! The young personnel at the front desk had the worse attitude I ever had in all the countries I travelled to. Honestly, if you don’t want to work, just quit. Wish you good luck with that attitude for finding new job. Room service, don’t mentioned it. They have nothing. I rather stay at Airbnb than here.

The location is perfect — right in the city center and just steps away from the Spanish Steps, making it an excellent base for sightseeing and walking around. This hotel is a little gem tucked beside the Spanish steps. The staff were excellent, welcoming and helpful! Concierge Fatima showed us to our room and made us feel right at home.
