Hotel Scalinata di Spagna (couple trip)

By far the worse experience I ever had in Rome!! Shame!! The young personnel at the front desk had the worse attitude I ever had in all the countries I travelled to. Honestly, if you don’t want to work, just quit. Wish you good luck with that attitude for finding new job. Room service, don’t mentioned it. They have nothing. I rather stay at Airbnb than here.

The location is perfect — right in the city center and just steps away from the Spanish Steps, making it an excellent base for sightseeing and walking around. This hotel is a little gem tucked beside the Spanish steps. The staff were excellent, welcoming and helpful! Concierge Fatima showed us to our room and made us feel right at home. my wife and i stayed here for 4 night recently. the location is amazing, less than 100 yards from the spanish steps!!! we had a room on the bottom section with a view from the balcony. we enjoyed sitting there people watching after are feet were too tired to walk. the hotel room was nice, but had a few odd things. the main office is in another building up the hill, up 100 steps, i counted. the bre...
