We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Rome, after a cruise. We arrived in the morning and were greeted with cookies/biscuits and choices of espresso, water, or soda. It was very nice. We stayed at H10 Palazzo Galla a few years ago and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were a little on the small side, but every detail was thoughtfully considered. The staff were very welcoming, and the hotel is close to major tourist destinations in Rome, making it extremely convenient. Slightly expensive, but worth the stay. We would happily return!
