Gorgeous! Such beautiful church, with amazing ceiling. The altar is simply sublime and the Duomo paintings are just amazing. Don't miss the Cripta di San Gennaro. This is a must do when in Napoli!

The Duomo is absolutely beautiful inside and out: soaring architecture, beautiful chapels, and incredibly detailed artwork everywhere you look. The atmosphere is peaceful, and you can really feel the history of the city within its walls.

A stunning cathedral. My wife and I can across this place while casually wandering around the shops. It snuck up on us a little bit, we knew of it but not its exact location. And what a wonderful surprise it was. Perhaps the most beautiful building we've ever been in. Just look at the pics which give an idea. It's free, but I'd suggest donating.
