What makes it 72% Kids-Friendly: Children aged 5–12 may jump, dodgeball and host parties with staff oversight, but under-5s are barred, no diaper tables or quiet corners exist, and hourly costs mount, so fit is solid yet imperfect.
Why 2–3 hours visit duration is ideal for with kids: Enough time for kids to enjoy trampolines, obstacle courses and a lesson without rushing.
Palestra Academy play zone:
Jump on trampolines, dive into foam pits and play dodgeball or basketball.
Tip: Arrive 15 minutes early to collect non-slip socks and get fitted.
Ninja-warrior obstacle course:
Test agility on bars, ropes and balance beams in a mini-course.
Tip: Start with lower obstacles to build confidence before moving up.
Under-12 acrobatics lesson:
Join a 55-minute group class to learn basic flips and stretches.
Tip: Book online at least a week ahead to secure a spot.
Birthday party package:
Enjoy a 2½-hour private party with dedicated assistant and unlimited play.
Tip: Reserve on weekdays for the €300 rate; parents enter free.

Summer camp is great. Water activities, obstacles, parkour, foam pit, and trust fall. All his favourites. Lunch excellent a couple of days and could be improved others. Staff are very kind, helpful, and playful with children.

Fun activity for the kids. You pay €18 per kid and they get to play around for an hour. They sell various kinds of snacks and the prices are very reasonable. We were there during the weekend and there were quite a lot of kids in the play area. There is nothing much for the parents to do except sit and wait for the hour to be over.
Massimo Cotrozzi
One of the largest trampolines gym. Obviously busy on weekends.... but not that much. Need to buy a membership (5€) and then it’s 10€/hour.
Check holiday camp dates during school breaks and book early; camps fill up fast.
