What makes it 77% Couple-Friendly: A couple can bounce together, book duo aerial or pole lessons and share playful challenges, yet seating to relax together is limited and each person pays separate fees, so overall suitability is good.
Why 2-3 hours visit duration is ideal for couple trip: Two to three hours lets you enjoy open-play, an Air Yoga session, and a quick workshop without rushing.
Open-play on trampolines and mats:
Use the Palestra Academy area to jump, practice flips, and try dodgeball-style games together.
Tip: Grab non-slip socks at check-in and arrive 10 minutes early to get fitted.
Air Yoga session:
Book a 55-minute aerial-silks class in Area Tessuti Aerei to learn partner poses.
Tip: Reserve your spot online at least a day ahead to secure the time you want.
Private duo workshop:
Join a 3-hour Pole Dance or Aerial Fabrics workshop to master partner tricks.
Tip: Book the “Workshop Ilaria Colombo” early and bring light athletic wear for flexibility.

Summer camp is great. Water activities, obstacles, parkour, foam pit, and trust fall. All his favourites. Lunch excellent a couple of days and could be improved others. Staff are very kind, helpful, and playful with children.

Fun activity for the kids. You pay €18 per kid and they get to play around for an hour. They sell various kinds of snacks and the prices are very reasonable. We were there during the weekend and there were quite a lot of kids in the play area. There is nothing much for the parents to do except sit and wait for the hour to be over.
Massimo Cotrozzi
One of the largest trampolines gym. Obviously busy on weekends.... but not that much. Need to buy a membership (5€) and then it’s 10€/hour.
Visit on a weekday afternoon to avoid weekend crowds and enjoy lower first-hour rates. The indoor facility stays the same temperature year-round.
