A luxurious hotel with wonderful staff! We stayed for three nights at this beautiful hotel in Florence. It’s a bit out of the way from attractions but we prefer that to a noisy spot. There are nice cafes near by and a grocery store which had lots of nice things to choose from. The staff were super friendly, helpful and professional. Highly recommend!

We booked a junior suite - no natural light up 3 flights of stairs into an attic! We asked for a new room and of course no other room.
