Hotel la Scala (solo trip)

Overall was a very good stay. Location was excellent very close (5-10 min walk) to the street car that takes you to the airport and also the train station. Also, walking distance to all the major sites in Florence. My only complaint is breakfast is served starting 7:30am. We booked 6 nights and we only able to have breakfast 3 times because we book our day tours which starts between 7:30-8am. ...

Very clean, tidy and well-located hotel. Just 5 minutes from Florence/Firenze train station, trams and busses. Good breakfast with made-to-order eggs. Staff very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

This quaint hotel was our favourite in Italy! The location was perfectly situated. We easily walked to all attractions, woke to the sound of horses trotting and always felt safe. The inclusive breakfast was a la cart and delicious. The triple room was comfortable for our family of 4. We loved Florence & Hotel La Scala !

The location of the hotel is simply perfect, right in front of the historic Santa Maria Novella pharmacy. The building itself is old, and unfortunately, the entrance feels somewhat neglected. Perfect location if you are traveling in and out of town by Train very convenient ! The staff in the reception and breakfast section are very friendly and polite with great English skills ! The hotel is very safe and they have cameras everywhere outside of the room.
