Very clean, tidy and well-located hotel. Just 5 minutes from Florence/Firenze train station, trams and busses. Good breakfast with made-to-order eggs. Staff very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

The inclusive breakfast was a la cart and delicious. The triple room was comfortable for our family of 4. We loved Florence & Hotel La Scala !

The rooms, on the other hand, fulfill their fu...
