Great hotel, with Amazing Staff! Everyone was friendly, helpful and always in a good mood. Bar was also nice, with fun bartenders. Near airport and main area..Walking distance to lots of food.

Upon first pulling up to the hotel, it looked like a dump. Cracks all over the outside walls, in the foundation of the stairs, someone smoking weed and talking to the managers on the front step and laughing. It was not pleasant. Disgusting hotel. Mold on the floor in the hallway of the 4th flokr, water damage on the ceiling, ugly aesthetic, the electrical is not up to code, the elevators feel dangerous to use, there are people using drugs outside of the hotel. Restaurant food was decent but service was awful and it felt like we were being watched constantly, and it's insanely overpriced.

This hotel is conveniently located and generally okay, but our experience was ruined by the behavior of one staff member. The male receptionist on the evening shift was consistently dismissive and arrogant from the moment we arrived. I am very careful about using the term discrimination, but the evidence was undeniable. The room whilst looking good had a broken shower head, no fan in the bathroom that worked and the bath had a huge crack in the side so needs updating. The rest of the room was lovely. Breakfast was definitely the best part and worth the money, the breakfast service staff were so polite and helpful.
