Love visiting this beach whenever we go home. Always gorgeous sun or winter weather. Recent visit a very friendly man selling coffees/hot chocolates/cookies from his van. Public toilets spotless. Great playground right by the beach too if the kids need a break. Garryvor hotel a stones though away...great bar and restaurant.

Really great place for the whole family. It's a long and item beach with little waves and not a strong current so safe for people with a great of riptides. The beautiful Garyvoe Hotel is across the way of you want to splurge our take a picnic basket for the day.
