Kids aged 3–12 get family ticket savings, rails, and €5 penguin aids while parents supervise, yet no indoor warm zone, crowded holidays, and a strict 50-minute cap may tire young skaters.
This place may be temporarily closed. Please check official sources before visiting.
Why 2-3 hours visit duration is ideal for with kids: Includes a 50-minute skate session, time to fit skates, snacks, breaks and photos without rushing.
Skate the Alpine Trail:
Enjoy 50 minutes on the light-lined ice loop with gentle slopes.
Tip: Arrive 15 minutes early to get fitted and pick your safety rails.
Use Penguin Skate Aids:
Help younger kids balance on ice using penguin supports.
Tip: Pre-book aids online (€5 each) to guarantee availability.
Snack at Alpine Food Village:
Choose hot chocolate, crepes or pizza after skating.
Tip: Bring small change; stalls accept cash only.
Family Photo Spots:
Pose under twinkling spruce trees and chalet facades.
Tip: Use a phone tripod or ask staff for a quick family shot.

Great set up with food stalls and other entertainment facilities. The ice quality was poor and not very smooth! Wrap up well as it is very cold especially if you are using the viewing area.

Great experience for my girls. Celebrated my youngest daughter’s birthday the day we went. She had a blast. Before the skating she enjoyed the bumper car ride too. Staff were very helpful. For none skaters like me 😅
