Shangri-La Jakarta (solo trip)

Had the best stay here! The hotel staff and service was incredible! Everyone smiles and offers to help you with anything you need. The rooms are clean, tidy and spacious. And the morning and evening buffet is super delicious! The restaurants too offer delicious food. We enjoyed going to BATS restaurant inside the hotel. And our room view was spectacular.

We have had a wonderful experience, from arrival, up to leaving this elegant resort. The staff is very friendly and helpful. For breakfast we have been helped by Kartini and her team. (Wyne, Ari) and Chef Hari. I will come back to stay here when we are back in the area. Thank you for the wonderful experience and variety in food option and restaurants.

We stayed at Shangri-La for 4 days and everything was perfect. They helped set up a surprise and a tent for my kid, which made our stay even more special. We truly enjoyed every moment.
