The room was great and Dirik our house keeper left a special gift on the bed made out of towels. Very creative !! We were very well looked after at the Sheraton Kuta. Amazing facilities. The breakfast buffet is one of the best! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, even with our children, nothing was too much for them, they went above and beyond. They were extremely considerate and caring when our son had to go to hospital. Thank you all so much!!

First of all, I am a Titanium member of the Marriott group. However, during my stay, I did not feel respected as a loyal member, nor did I experience any member benefits. Sheraton is considered a premium brand within the Marriott portfolio, but this Sheraton Kuta Bali does not deserve to be classified as such.
