Tiny rooms, extremely poor service and lousy breakfast!! Took them 30 min to check in and find my reservation followed by endless keyboard entry 2) Gave them laundry at 7 am, was not returned in the evening, I inquired at the front desk at 6:30 pm, they said they would return in evening. Located in a very strategic area, along with good service and great amenities. But breakfast is average, not many choices available. The wifi is very slow. Please improve.

I forgetfully left my precious medications when checking out and later remembered it and called them upon realization. They kept my stuff safely until I picked it up. Wonderful service!
