I stayed here for 1.5 weeks while I was on a study trip. Tiny rooms, extremely poor service and lousy breakfast!! Took them 30 min to check in and find my reservation followed by endless keyboard entry 2) Gave them laundry at 7 am, was not returned in the evening, I inquired at the front desk at 6:30 pm, they said they would return in evening. Located in a very strategic area, along with good service and great amenities. But breakfast is average, not many choices available. The wifi is very slow. Please improve.

I forgetfully left my precious medications when checking out and later remembered it and called them upon realization. They kept my stuff safely until I picked it up. Wonderful service!
