What makes it 61% Kids-Friendly: Kids can paddle in gentle shallows, hunt for fish with rented masks or ride a pedalo, however there is no lifeguard, the shore is pebbly, shade costs extra and no play zone exists.
Why 3–4 hours visit duration is ideal for with kids: Allows time to swim, snorkel, explore rock pools and enjoy a snack without rushing.
Swim in the sheltered bay:
Calm, shallow water perfect for young swimmers.
Tip: Bring flotation vests and keep small children within arm’s reach.
Explore rock pools:
Hunt for tiny fish and colourful pebbles along the shore.
Tip: Go at low tide for best access and wear water shoes to protect feet.
Rent sunbeds and parasol:
Secure shaded seating for the whole family.
Tip: Reserve early, especially in July–August, to get a front-row spot.
Snorkel to spot fish:
Clear water makes fish easy to see even for first-timers.

The water here is amazing I really enjoyed to swim there. For two people we paid 25 Eur and got the sunbed from the second row. After second row, sunbeds for two are 20 Eur but they are not clean as like the first two rows. The main problem here is wc. They have only plastic cabins. Also to eat they sell only sandwiches.

The food was not very special. Loved the sunbeds at this beach. They were so soft and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely visit the beach again.

Psaromoura Beach is a little hidden, which makes it the perfect place for a quiet morning or afternoon. There’s lot’s of beds to rent, but the prices were very high (€15,- for two) compared to other beaches. But also some room to sit in the sand.

Very beautiful beach which during low season (end of October) wasn’t too crowded (high season is most likely very different). The water is so clear and it was a snorkeling paradise for us and the kids!
Visit June–mid-September for warm water and full services. In May or October, crowds thin but water may be cooler. Plan around peak midday sun.
