Kids enjoy shallow clear water, lifeguard, pedalo and dive lessons, yet there is no playground, little natural shade without renting umbrellas, and waves can rise when boats pass.
Why 3-4 hours visit duration is ideal for with kids: A 3-4 hour visit covers swimming, pedal boating, sand play, and a relaxed taverna snack without tiring young children.
Shallow Shore Play:
Kids can splash in waist-deep water on the sandy beach.
Tip: Bring buckets, shovels, and supervise near the shoreline.
Family Pedalo Rental:
Rent a four-seat pedal boat for a fun group ride in the calm bay.
Tip: Go early in the morning and fit all life jackets before launching.
Sunbed & Umbrella Hire:
Reserve sunbeds and an umbrella to keep everyone shaded.
Tip: Book via a beach bar on arrival to secure a spot at peak times.
Snorkeling Exploration:
Explore shallow waters close to shore and spot small fish.
Tip: Use child-sized masks and swim vests for safety and a better fit.
Bubble Maker Dive:
Kids aged 8–12 can try a beginner scuba dive in shallow water.
Tip: Book ahead and confirm age requirements with the dive operator.
Visit in late spring or early autumn to avoid peak heat and crowds. Swim in cooler mornings and pack sun protection for midday.

Beautiful beach with a mix of locals and tourists. Not too busy, but gets bussier at the end of the day. Great restaurant choices to choose from and the water is absolutely stunning. Take a look on the cliff on the left side and get a great view of the bay. The right side has a smaller cliff on the end which is absolutely recommended to take a dive or look and see how clear and blue the water gets...

Small beach with umbrellas. 2 sunbeds and umbrella 7€. Entrance to the sea: rock, pebbles and a little sand. Restaurants near. In the beach only one small supermarket.

Very crowded on a Sunday with extremely choppy water while we were there. Sand beach, with restaurants along the way and some gorgeous places to take pics on either end of the beach. Staying here, we enjoyed it, but might not be worth a drive…

Great beach! Got there around 2 pm, nobody charged me for the sunbed. A bit slippery when you go in, but it's truly a small beautiful oasis. Would return

Great beach, choice of restaurants to eat from. Good walking areas. Public washroom potty, and changing room available. Only draw back is steep drive down to beach, with sharp turns where you are blind to on coming cars. Drive carefully.
