Children are welcome and can search for stained-glass colors or Saint Titus relics, but there are no interactive displays, no toilets on site, and liturgies over 30 minutes may test patience.
Why 1-2 hours visit duration is ideal for with kids: A short visit keeps children engaged and allows time for a fun treasure hunt without rushing.
Treasure Hunt:
Spot three stained-glass colors, find the skull of St. Titus, count the chandeliers.
Tip: Limit to 15–20 min to keep kids focused and reward them with a small prize.
Story Time by the Font:
Tell children the story of Saint Titus while seated near the baptismal font outside.
Tip: Use simple words and encourage kids to ask questions about the saint.
Light a Candle:
Let each family member light a beeswax candle at the narthex candle stand.
Tip: Bring €1–2 per person for donations; explain the tradition to the kids.
Pick a Souvenir:
Choose postcards or keychains from the small gift stand near the entrance.
Tip: Budget €2–€5 per child and let them pick their favorite design.
In summer the interior stays cool—bring water and take a break inside. In winter the church may close earlier and has services from 8 AM; check Tuesday closures before your visit.

Magnificent cathedral that is definitely worth seeing. Very well maintained, allowing for a brief moment of tranquilly. Remembering that this is a place of prayer is crucial, and you should dress and behave appropriately. The area around the cathedral is also really charming; there's a beautiful square where you may unwind and listen to the soft splashing of the fountain.
