Very good - it is located behind the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, and is guarded by the Evzones, an elite ceremonial unit of the Greek Presidential Guard. The soldiers wear traditional uniforms dating back to the Greek War of Independence - and there is a ‘changing of the guards’ every hour. .

I don’t know about parliament itself, but the visit is to come see the changing of the guard which happens every hour. In saying that, come about 10 mins before as they start before then. If you also go down the side there’s more going on as well outside the presidential house. Very special to see.
