What makes it 41% Baby-Friendly: Parents with babies may watch the outdoor guard change, but the 90-min tour offers no nursing room, changing table or guaranteed stroller space; noise and heat on square make long stays hard.
Note: Hellenic Parliament is 41% Baby-Friendly. You may want to consider other Baby-Friendly Things to Do in Athens for a more suitable experience.

Very good - it is located behind the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, and is guarded by the Evzones, an elite ceremonial unit of the Greek Presidential Guard. The soldiers wear traditional uniforms dating back to the Greek War of Independence - and there is a ‘changing of the guards’ every hour. .

I don’t know about parliament itself, but the visit is to come see the changing of the guard which happens every hour. In saying that, come about 10 mins before as they start before then. If you also go down the side there’s more going on as well outside the presidential house. Very special to see.
