Citadines Bastille Marais Paris (couple trip)

We arrived here at 1 pm. At 3 pm the room is not ready and we dont know when we will be in the room. And rude recepcionist and no apologize. And she said you are lucky. I would never recommend you to come here

I was disappointed. Spent extra for a Studio Deluxe with a balcony. The pictures looked nothing like reality. I actually pulled up the hotel site to see if my mind was playing tricks on me. No air conditioning. They have some kind of swamp cooler system, but even with it churning away in a darkened room all day at « 65F » , your room will be 78F+ at night.
