What makes it 40% Baby-Friendly: Babies are allowed but 14 entrance steps, no elevator, no changing table and tight toilets make strollers hard; use carrier or skip if nap or diaper time is critical.
Note: La Conciergerie is 40% Baby-Friendly. You may want to consider other Baby-Friendly Things to Do in Paris for a more suitable experience.
Why 0.5-1 hour visit duration is ideal for with baby: With a baby and no stroller access, limit visit to the main halls in under an hour.
Use a baby carrier:
Navigate the medieval halls using a soft-structured or sling carrier.
Tip: Fold strollers at the entrance and carry them up stone steps.
Spot Marie Antoinette’s cell:
View the barred window where Marie Antoinette was held.
Tip: Stand by the rope barrier for a clear sight and set baby on hip.
Café break nearby:
Visit local cafés on Île de la Cité for feeding and changing breaks.
Tip: Bring a portable mat and check café tables for extra space.

The experience was well organized especially the 3D visuals that can show you how the chambers and other places looked like back in the days!

What an amazing place. Highly recommend going before going to Versailles. Great interactive handheld devices allow you to see what it would have looked like.

If you love history and is fascinated by Marie Antoinette’s journey then definitely go here. They have various books about Marie Antoinette and the French Revolution in different languages and good souvenir items as well. The pad they give you before you start your tour was helpful.

The jail where Marie Antoinette was held before her execution and Kongs Palace from 14th century. Amazing history to be seen with a tablet guide, that shows images from the time... it's actually larger than ot seems. There is a toilet inside unlike most of tourist attractions. This place is a must!!

They have a visual guide shows you how the life was like in the past, which is very interesting to learn, it is easy to use and very informative. I am too busy playing it and totally forgot to take pictures. With museum pass, you can skip the line. Strongly recommend.
In winter, halls can be chilly; dress baby in layers. In summer, carry water and take shade breaks at nearby cafés.
