What makes it 36% Baby-Friendly: Babies are allowed, yet the narrow plank deck without guard rail makes strollers risky, and no on-site changing tables or nursing rooms mean visits should be brief and carrier-only.
Note: The Infinite Bridge is 36% Baby-Friendly. You may want to consider other Baby-Friendly Things to Do in Aarhus for a more suitable experience.
Why 2-3 hours visit duration is ideal for with baby: A 2-3 hour visit lets you complete the circular walk, rest at picnic tables, and spot deer without tiring the baby.
Short circular walk on the bridge:
Stroll the 188 m loop for forest, beach, and skyline views.
Tip: Use a baby carrier instead of a stroller due to open edges.
Picnic at Varna Strand:
Use the sturdy wooden tables by the beach for snacks and feeding breaks.
Tip: Bring baby-friendly food and a blanket for extra comfort.
Visit Marselisborg Deer Park:
Walk 5 minutes to see tame deer in fenced woods.
Tip: Carry pre-cut carrots and hold your baby in a carrier on uneven trails.

Beautiful. Wonderful. Take the Bus from the City Center, find the Bridge either along the shore or after a stroll through the nearby forest. A fantastic sight from the Bridge!

I went there twice during my stay and it is a must if you’re discovering the area. Very peaceful, you can sit anywhere you like. A bit less pleasant where there is a lot of people on the bridge thought. Bring your swimsuit!
The bridge is installed April–October and open 24 hours. Visit May–September for mild weather and calm waters.
