InterContinental Shanghai Wonderland (solo trip)

Our stay at the hotel was nice and pleasant. The staff members were all very friendly especially Bruce, he was very helpful and has great customer service (also 5 stars for Bruce). Overall a great experience!

Clean and comfortable room, enjoy the daily show at lobby and from my own balcony, feel private, special thanks to Amara and a boy at lobby coffee and all who make my day special.. don’t forget the breakfast which had some locals was good too. thank you .. and definitely come back 🙏🥰

Was very eager to visit this hotel for its architectural features and breakthroughs. However, was sorely disappointed by its poor maintenance. The rooms and corridors smell dank. Very interesting hotel built into a quarry.. so instead of taking a lift up to your room you actually take a lift down to get to your room. There's a great laser projection light show on the quarry walls visible from your rooms as well as a water jet light show with a human rider in the pool below. If weather permits there's even a drone show above the hotel. Great experience.
