They say with the small fan and leaving your patio open it will keep your room cool at night. Yah wrong! When it’s 32 all day the room doesn’t cool off that much. The location of this hotel is amazing! A super quick walk to the Parliament Buildings, the Empress, and downtown Victoria as well as Fisherman's Wharf and the Breakwater. This hotel is in a very good location. Staff were very helpful when we needed stuff and asked for it. For the amount of people at breakfast, it was also stocked consistently. The rooms were clean but they are just outdated and definitely need a refresh. Rooms also had balconies but smoking wasn’t allowed.
