Best Western Plus Inner Harbour (with baby)

King suite with kitchenette on 7th floor had a gorgeous view of harbour including Empress Hotel. Room could use a little update but overall it was perfect for what we wanted. There is some construction at the waterfront that is ongoing until 2028 so some noise & view interruptions happen. Stayed there in May. Was great. Clean, comfortable rooms. Easily walkable to all the major “touristy” things to do. Good rates. One thing myself and my wife HAVE to know, where do you get the pillows from? What are they called (brand, model) we forgot to look before we left. We both loved them!!!

Great location. Beds were comfortable. Rooms are dated but clean. I totally missed that this hotel does NOT have AC. They say with the small fan and leaving your patio open it will keep your room cool at night. Yah wrong! When it’s 32 all day the room doesn’t cool off that much. The location of this hotel is amazing! A super quick walk to the Parliament Buildings, the Empress, and downtown Victoria as well as Fisherman's Wharf and the Breakwater. Room was a great size with a lovely balcony, beds were comfy and clean and the roomwas equipped with several amenities such as a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, stove, and cutlery! This hotel is in a very good location. Staff were very helpful when we needed stuff and asked for it. For the amount of people at breakfast, it was also stocked consistently. The rooms were clean but they are just outdated and definitely need a refresh. Rooms also had balconies but smoking wasn’t allowed.
