  • Ample seating: Benches under trees and near water provide easy spots for feeding or quick rest.

Challenges:

  • No change tables: Park washrooms lack baby change stations; bring a portable mat and check stall layout.
  • Nature House access: Indoor space is tight and may not fit a stroller well; call ahead to confirm accessibility.

There is lots of parking (including disabled spot and EV charging), picnic tables for small and large groups, lighting, playground, washrooms and water fountains, a paved walking path along the water with benches for sitting and taking in the view of wildlife or people on the water, and even a beach. Swimming not really recommend here ...

It has been a while since I have visited Gorge and I was pleasantly surprised how beautiful it was it is. Many different areas to chose from to have a picnic, walk the dog, open fields to play games, walk along the water and many more options to choose from. Great for kids and it is well maintained enhancing the scenery.
