I had one or 2 issues which were resolved by the efficient and friendly staff. Note if you want cooking utensils you have to ask, and same for a kettle. They were very happy to keep our luggage in storage for our departure day. The location really makes this, and as a result we had a great stay in Toronto. I would certainly consider coming back to this hotel.

The rooms are simply decorated, but nice. We found the mattress a bit uncomfortable. We had a 1 bedroom suite, kitchenette is handy for someone staying for a week or more. Hotel service was friendly and helpful.
