Executive Hotel Cosmopolitan (couple trip)

I had one or 2 issues which were resolved by the efficient and friendly staff. Note if you want cooking utensils you have to ask, and same for a kettle. They were very happy to keep our luggage in storage for our departure day. The location really makes this, and as a result we had a great stay in Toronto. I would certainly consider coming back to this hotel.

The rooms are simply decorated, but nice. We found the mattress a bit uncomfortable. We had a 1 bedroom suite, kitchenette is handy for someone staying for a week or more. Hotel service was friendly and helpful.

The location is very convenient — close to everything we needed during our stay in Toronto. But what impressed me the most was the honesty and integrity of the hotel staff. The staff were amazing, accommodating and friendly. The hotel was centrally located and in walking distance of great restaurants and event spaces. If I had one thing to provide feedback on it would be the cleanliness of the rooms - they could have a little more detail on cleanliness. Overall was a great stay and would recommend.

Booked this hotel for work travel. Overall, the hotel was in a good downtown location, and was safe and clean.
