Nice place to sit and relax and watch the people go about their day. Has a bunch of seats around the statue like it's king of s--t mountain, but it's nice. Kids skateboard there and you can watch them fail at the tricks over and over again.

Its wide-open area gives the visitors a very delightful experience. Some spots are great for taking a picture with, and also it's suitable to sit and have a chat with family or friends
Summer: drinking fountains run May–Oct; lawns stay green. Winter: paths may ice; dress baby in warm layers.
