Hôtel le Germain Québec (couple trip)

If I could rate this hotel a 6, I would. When our trip was unexpectedly disrupted by a hospital stay, the front staff could not have been more thoughtful, empathetic and flexible. When we finally checked out, I had tears in my eyes because of their kindness. The rooms and the location are great but this personal service won them a loyal client for life.

I stayed three nights at Hotel Le Germain. The location was great. We enjoyed being in the lower town very close to the Musem of Civilization and within an easy walk of the older streets. Overall I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Le Germain Quebec, with a few caveats. The good: The location of the hotel is safe, convenient, and walkable. The staff were responsive, helpful, and kind. As an example, there is a free coffee machine that makes lattes and cappuccinos in the lobby. I booked two nights for my girlfriend’s birthday, it was as good as the others Le Germain hotels we’ve stayed at. The location is perfect, the parking is easy to access and the rooms were clean and spacious.
