Make sure you ask for towels refresh everyday or no one will clean your room or give you new towels by default. I think not changing the linen is ok, but towels refresh and clear the trash should be basic services.

Check in process was efficient, and rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. We were driving, so didn't mind that we had a variety of food within a 5 minute drive in the evening. It is roughly just under 15 minutes drive from Old Québec. We could see the Fairmont from our hotel room.

Friendly and pleasant staff who even offered our pup treats each time we walked through the front door. Our room was clean and spacious. The parking is free and the hotel is conveniently located for quick access to all of the popular tourist sites.
