Honestly, a great park. Not huge, not a lot of amenities, but just right for a city dog park. There is an area for large dogs, and an area for smaller dogs. Dogs are generally very friendly and owners are diligent.

Summer: pack bug spray and use shaded pavilion. Fall: admire golden leaves along the trail. Winter: skate the lit loop, snowshoe or toboggan on groomed slopes. Spring: spot migratory birds on the banks.
