Enjoyable room stay. Service is a dying art. No mention of amenities or their location in this large hotel (ice, pool, elevator, business center, fitness, restaurant etc.) upon my arrival. By far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Don’t let the fancy exterior and lobby fool you. Showers have pink mildew. Excellent hotel! One of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in, and we love staying here whenever we visit. The attached restaurant is super convenient, and the hotel itself is always spotless. Plus, there are plenty of shops and amenities nearby, which makes the location perfect. Highly recommend!

This was our first time staying at this hotel. We originally booked a large executive suite as we travel with two med. well-behaved dogs (as noted in our booking notes) and appreciate the extra space. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. If I had one negative it’s that the door card requesting cleaning (and garbage removal) was “ignored” for a couple of days.
