What makes it 56% Kids-Friendly: Children may enjoy helping the family dog or visiting the nearby playground, but inside the run kids under 13 need close adult supervision and may be knocked over by large, fast dogs.
Why 2-3 hours visit duration is ideal for with kids: Allows time for dog play, kids’ playground fun, and a family picnic without rushing.
Off-Leash Dog Play:
Let your dog run free in the fenced area while kids toss a ball.
Tip: Use the small-dog section if your dog fits to keep younger kids safe.
Kids’ Playground Visit:
Head to the nearby Firemen’s Park playground with swings and slides.
Tip: Supervise children under 12 on equipment and keep toys by the benches.
Family Picnic:
Spread a blanket near picnic tables for snacks and drinks.
Tip: Bring bottled water and wipes; picnic tables have shade at midday.
Paved Loop Walk:
Stroll the smooth path around the park in your stroller or on foot.
Tip: Plan for a 15-minute loop and point out birds or pond views to kids.

My puppy loves it. People are freindly. Update - The only thing I have heard from many people that use it is they wish they would fix the top tap on the fountain. Would be easier to fill dishes and water bottles. Hopefully someone reads this and can maybe look into fixing it.

Conveniently located, very clean, gated area with water available. The walking path is smooth and well maintained. Our dog is very friendly and we are excited to go again soon so he can make more friends.

An excellent place to rake your loveable furry family members. Very clean and controlled off leash experience. Large and small dog areas have their own landscape. Concrete walking paths in both with benches and lighting. When in Niagara falls with your pooch, you gotta stop here

Best dogpark we have ever been to. Very well designed and built. Clean and always has friendly locals and dogs around!

We were visiting Niagara region from Toronto and heard from friends and reviews that this place was great. We'll they were right! Our corgi loved the park. Plenty of shade, paths around the park, fresh water available and the park is separated into small and large dog sections, completely lined with fence. There are also trails outside of the park! Just beautiful.
In summer, pack water for everyone and use shaded benches. In winter, watch for ice on paths and stick to cleared areas.
