What makes it 65% Couple-Friendly: A couple with a licensed dog can share shaded benches and picnic beside the run, yet activities remain dog-centric so partners without pets may feel bored after a short stay.
Why 2-3 hours visit duration is ideal for couple trip: Enough time to play with your dog, enjoy a picnic, and stroll on the park paths
Off-Leash Fetch Session:
Bring a ball or Frisbee and toss it in the fenced play area.
Tip: Use the large off-leash section for longer throws and fetch games.
Picnic at the Tables:
Set up a light picnic on the tables just outside the dog park.
Tip: Pack water, sandwiches, and treats for both you and your dog.
Shaded Bench Relaxation:
Sit together on one of the benches around the enclosure.
Tip: Watch your dog socialize and rest in the shade under mature trees.
Paved Path Stroll:
Walk the loop around Firemen’s Park.
Tip: Hold hands as you follow the paved path while your dog runs ahead.

My puppy loves it. People are freindly. Update - The only thing I have heard from many people that use it is they wish they would fix the top tap on the fountain. Would be easier to fill dishes and water bottles. Hopefully someone reads this and can maybe look into fixing it.

Conveniently located, very clean, gated area with water available. The walking path is smooth and well maintained. Our dog is very friendly and we are excited to go again soon so he can make more friends.

An excellent place to rake your loveable furry family members. Very clean and controlled off leash experience. Large and small dog areas have their own landscape. Concrete walking paths in both with benches and lighting. When in Niagara falls with your pooch, you gotta stop here

Best dogpark we have ever been to. Very well designed and built. Clean and always has friendly locals and dogs around!

We were visiting Niagara region from Toronto and heard from friends and reviews that this place was great. We'll they were right! Our corgi loved the park. Plenty of shade, paths around the park, fresh water available and the park is separated into small and large dog sections, completely lined with fence. There are also trails outside of the park! Just beautiful.
Summer: bring plenty of water and use shaded benches. Winter: wear boots with good grip and watch for icy patches. Spring/fall: expect muddy spots after rain and pack towels.
