Terrible customer service!!!!! I never ever saw such rude staff in Canada. I visited this place with my family and bought credits worth $111 CAD. I was not aware that they close at 2:00 am. This arcade is hands down our top pick for indoor fun! It's absolutely huge, with an endless array of games that just keep us playing.
