Terrible customer service!!!!! I never ever saw such rude staff in Canada. I visited this place with my family and bought credits worth $111 CAD. I was not aware that they close at 2:00 am. We got there just 15 minutes before the closing time (again I was not aware they close at 2am)after spending a good time at Falls with my family. This arcade is hands down our top pick for indoor fun! It's absolutely huge, with an endless array of games that just keep us playing.
