The room looks good, yet small, at first sight. But it’s sooo noisy. The whole night literally there is noises coming from the (extremely low) ceiling with pipes. The pillows are hard like they are filled with rocks but there is no reception or person to talk to (and no other pillows in the utilities room). Highly Recommend Numa Royal Galleries. Short walk to the Royal Galleries and the Grote Markt (Grand-Place). I was skeptical of the no-human check in and lobby, but it actually worked out well. A very good hotel located right in the center of Brussels. The room was clean and offered free coffee supplies for a smooth wake-up. The breakfast was quite rich, with many tasty options suitable for all diets. I also really liked that you could get fresh bed linens and coffee supplies yourself, without having to contact the reception. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is close to all transport links and local cafes / restaurants without a huge amount of noise. Having a pin code to get into the building, into the lift and ijto your room kept it nice and secure. The shower water pressure was a little low but everything else was brilliant.
