The room looks good, yet small, at first sight. But it’s sooo noisy. The whole night literally there is noises coming from the (extremely low) ceiling with pipes. The pillows are hard like they are filled with rocks but there is no reception or person to talk to (and no other pillows in the utilities room). Location is great but if you would like a good night sleep then Numa is not for you. Very e...

Highly Recommend Numa Royal Galleries. Short walk to the Royal Galleries and the Grote Markt (Grand-Place). I was skeptical of the no-human check in and lobby, but it actually worked out well. We received a door code that opened the front lobby door, elevator and room. Lobby was a nice place to come back mid-day to relax and have a hot tea or espresso. Room was better than expected, felt brand new...

A very good hotel located right in the center of Brussels. The room was clean and offered free coffee supplies for a smooth wake-up. The breakfast was quite rich, with many tasty options suitable for all diets. I also really liked that you could get fresh bed linens and coffee supplies yourself, without having to contact the reception. I highly recommend it to everyone.

September 2025 5* This is my first stay at Numa Brussels. This place is very nice and without any human presence. The guests should sign up digitally and get the code to enter the building. Rooms are nice but need upgrades both for lighting and bedding. Air conditioning is good and working well. Elevator is too slow by manageable. Living room is very nice and open to all guests. There is pool t...

Having a pin code to get into the building, into the lift and ijto your room kept it nice and secure. The shower water pressure was a little low but everything else was brilliant. The downstairs lobby is relaxing and spacious and the rooms are perfectly sized to be used as a place to relax and...
