Fantastic hotel. Modern, clean rooms. Staff are amazing. There’s only one thing that has stopped this place from getting a 5*. Best city hotel in Brussels. Close to two metro stations nearby; shops; shopping malls; plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Accessible to commuters. Excellent clean facilities and very supportive staff. I highly recommend this hotel. I will return soon.

Cleanliness was at best 3-star level, certainly not 4-star. The toilet walls were peeling, and the towel hook was partially detached from the wall.
