Well located - just one/two mins walk to grand palace. Clean and safe area. Although near to grand palace but it was quite at night. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it very convenient for shopping and getting around. The room, although a bit small, was functional and comfortable. Our room was small, clean and very quiet. Everyone at the hotel was lovely. You do get a brisk knock on the door at 9am, they want to do room service so if you want a lie in, put the card provided on the door handle. The location couldn't be better and very close to central station. No need for taxis here. I liked it.

It is located in a very good and central location, with an abundance of cafes, eateries, shops and the Central train station and the Grand Place within very close walking distance.
