The room was beautiful, very big and the bed was very cosy. The service was good, the first male on the reception desk was a bit blunt, but put that down to a language thing. Other than that, everyone was very friendly. The location was far away from the city centre, but was great for shopping, eating and drinking in Louise Avenue.

Not a fan of the hotel. Room is pretty decent for the price but they returned my entire laundry when I come back at night just because they couldn’t understand the instruction on the paper. Could’ve called me during my work hour to clarify rather than just deciding to rest them in the bag the entire day. Good hotel if you’re staying for holiday, but not for a busy business trip.

Figured I could do that for one day. At right...

Our room wasn’t ready and we were told to wait for 2 minutes. Had to wait for almost 45 minutes. That is not what you want when it’s sunny outside. Staff didn’t check on us, just told us to wait every time we a...
