Hotel Barsey by Warwick (with baby)

The room was beautiful, very big and the bed was very cosy. The service was good, the first male on the reception desk was a bit blunt, but put that down to a language thing. Other than that, everyone was very friendly. The location was far away from the city centre, but was great for shopping, eating and drinking in Louise Avenue.

Not a fan of the hotel. Room is pretty decent for the price but they returned my entire laundry when I come back at night just because they couldn’t understand the instruction on the paper. Could’ve called me during my work hour to clarify rather than just deciding to rest them in the bag the entire day. Good hotel if you’re staying for holiday, but not for a busy business trip.

I stayed at the Hotel Barsey by Warwick as part of a Tomorrowland package, and overall, it was a pretty good spot. Its location in Brussels is definitely a strong point – I could easily walk to some great restaurants and bakeries, and being so close to the train station made it really efficient to get around the city and to the festival activities. Well, this was a rather disappointing one. I'm in Brussels pretty often and decided I'd forgo the usual Airbnb and book a nice hotel instead this time around. Showed up and was given a newly remodeled room, which sounded nice, with the exception that the air conditioning was going to be out "for one more day". I was told to sleep with the window open. Room was spacious, nice bath as well. Staff was slow and rude. We checked in at 15:45 when check in time was 15:00. Friend who arrived together got on the desk later but were helped sooner.
