Hilton Brussels Grand Place (solo trip)

With friends, yesterday we had a lovely evening and dinner at Hilton central station as it was convenient for all of us to take a train later that evening! Fathy was a great hostess and we later learned she is F&B manager 😊 she made us feel at home! Very welcoming, warm and friendly lady as well as her colleague who took care of our table! We surely plan to come back 👌

The location is very good. Everything in walking distance. The room was spacious and clean. The service is not great. 2/4 days breakfast was a mess. Dirty tables and not enough refills. The iron in my room was broken. It took them 2 attempts to replace it. I tired to call roomservice or the front desk. None picked up. I go downstairs every time. We were upgraded to a nice spacious room with good view. It was really a nice offer as we were here to celebrate birthday! Also, the breakfast buffet has nice options too. I was impressed by the energetic and friendly agent Louise at the entrance of the breakfast lounge! Her smile really made your day !
